She and her family have been traveling full-time since 2020, having explored most of the United States in their RV. Kristin built her niche site from the ground up not knowing anything about online business, and five years later, averages 400,000 monthly pageviews, reaches 2.5 million people per year and brings in six figures of revenue from ads and affiliates alone! In this episode, Kristin shares her step by step process for successfully building, growing and scaling a niche site that earns multiple six figures per year! We'll also dive into the importance of SEO, keywords and how she feels about using AI. In this episode we are joined by Tim Nightengale, owner and creator of Mute Sports Equipment and a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer. Tim and his wife Laura, are full time RVers who travel all over the country to gyms where they hold free jump rope clinics and promote their fitness equipment. Tim's Georgia based company manufactures high quality custom and heavy jump ropes, adapted split ropes, bar jump ropes for one arm athletes and many other accessories all made in the U.S. Because his company can be mobile, they can customize their jump ropes right on site! Tim's business started as a passion and a personal necessity for himself as an athlete, to a side hustle, getting his wife and daughter involved, and now to a full time business that supports him & his wife 100%. In this episode, we talk about the progression of how he made these custom jump ropes, what it takes to sell products out of his RV and tips for fellow RV Entrepreneurs.
