When Jacob started a Masters of Sport Management at the beginning of the pandemic he seriously questioned whether he would be able to secure a job on graduation, let alone halfway through his degree.Enter Softball Western Australia, who spotted Jacob’s potential immediately.Since starting in May, he’s gone on to work with an Olympic sport in an Olympic year and travel to the most remote parts of WA to grow Softball.We asked Jacob exactly how he did it.
