In late December, the news of “Baby Yingliang”, an exquisitely preserved dinosaur embryo, was reported in the journal iScience. Episode 378: Canadian Trucker Protests

The “Freedom Convoy” or what’s become known as the “Canadian Trucker Protest” converged on the city of Ottawa, on January 28th. The protest began in opposition to the government’s mandate requiring all cross-border truck drivers to be vaccinated against COVID-19. On Sunday, February 22nd, the streets of Ottawa had been cleared. Not because the truckers felt like their voices were heard and decided to go home. Alexander Hamilton’s life is one of the more extraordinary stories of a Founding Father’s rise to greatness. He was born on the Caribbean island of Nevis, and was orphaned. A lawyer by training, he was also very involved in financial markets and founded The Bank of New York. Later he would serve as the first Secretary of the Treasury under President George Washington. During the Revolutionary War he was a senior aide to General Washington. After the war, he was elected as a Representative from New York to the Congress of the Confederation.
