Miner Moment #19: America's worrying lack of a battery-minerals supply chain ft Benchmark's Moores

Simon Moores, managing director of battery minerals advisory firm Benchmark Mineral Intelligence, appeared before a U.S. Senate committee for energy and minerals in February 2019 to once again sound the alarm on the lack of a domestic supply chain in the U.S. for the battery minerals lithium, cobalt, nickel and graphite. (With Tesla's Gigafactory in Nevada being a notable exception.)
