357: Why You’ve Never Made A Bad Decision with James Purpura

In This Episode You Will Learn About: Being in solitary confinement The pressure being the power Choosing to believe what you hear The why behind the events James creates Perceptions and emotions Why you should go to this amazing event   Resources: Learn more: powerful-u.com code TRIBE for $100 tickets! The Bliss Project 2020   Show Notes Today’s quickie is a special one because I am sitting down with James Purpura, the co-founder and CEO of Powerful U, a personal evolution company with the goal to inspire people to tap into their potential. James’s story is a beautiful one of incredible transformation, growth, and perseverance, and I can’t wait for you to listen in on the conversation we have today. Chris and I will be speaking at the Powerful U conference, and have an amazing ticket price for all of our listeners– you don’t want to miss this one!   James and Steph’s journey of transformation is nothing short of extraordinary. Before they met 15 years ago, both of their lives had hit rock bottom. They were both financially, emotionally, and spiritually bankrupt. Life had beaten them down and shattered their self-esteem. At the lowest point in their lives, they met and were united by a shared vision of creating and becoming more. They started the only place they could by working on themselves and helping each other grow. They believed in each other but more importantly, they challenged each other every step of the way, and never settled.   Shortly after meeting, Steph wrote James’ first resume and taught him how to send an email. This began James’ unlikely career in technology. Around this time, they also started a family. Fast forward fifteen years, after many ups and downs and a lot of hard work, Steph and James recently sold their tech company, one of the world’s largest construction software companies. They now have five beautiful children and live an extraordinary life. Through this journey of self-creation, they developed a personal philosophy centered around perception. They believe perception, more than any other factor, will determine how someone’s life will turn out. James and Steph started Powerful U as their way to give back to the world. They believe that through the knowledge they accumulated on their journey they can help others live the life they desire. Their dream is to bring personal development to the masses by making it affordable and readily available to all seekers. Follow me on social media @LoriHarder on Instagram and Lori Harder on Facebook
