In this episode, I talk about how having a guilty mom mindset can sabotage your success. Should You Tweak or Pivot?

As moms, business owners and women, our lives are constantly changing. We grow, discover new interests, and we get bored in our businesses, and we're left wondering if it's time to pivot. Now, before we go uprooting everything and making huge changes, we really have to check in with ourselves first. Sometimes what feels like a new direction to shift into is nothing more than a short-term burst of excitement. How do we tell the difference between needing to pivot and needing to just make small tweaks to what we're doing? What questions should we ask ourselves? In this episode, I talk about whether you should tweak or move onto something different. If you don't know what to say past a certain point, that's a really good indicator that this isn't a long-term pivot for you. -Dana Malstaff 3 Things You'll Learn in This Episode -Know your North Star How do we tell the difference between tweaking what serves our higher mission, and needing to make a big change? -Why you're itching to pivot Will a pivot make you happy in the long-term, or are you jumping the gun because you're excited about a new area of interest? -Start small Before we make massive changes, what should we try first?
