Feelings Soup is a podcast hosted by writers Sam Slupski and Elly Belle, who both primarily write about emotions, mental health, healing, and intimacy. On the show, we stew on and chew on nuanced conversations about feelings, behaviors that arise from our feelings, connection and love, mental health, and intimacy—all through an anti-capitalist, anti-racist lens centering disabled, mentally ill, chronically ill and mad folks. Sam and Elly are interested in exploring ways we can build a better world together, and are using this podcast as one of the many tools in their toolbag to do so.
