S3 Ep49: Achiever's Equine Academy

Addi Melvin is a young entrepreneur. She began her riding journey at the age of five. She was a passionate young rider; however, reputable and affordable trainers were limited, and she ended up only being able to ride during the summer months at a local stable. When she turned fifteen, Addi finally got her own horse, Novari. Unfortunately, her family was unable to trailer Novari to a trainer for lessons. For nearly three years, Addi struggled to progress in her and her horse's training and began to feel frustration at their lack of accomplishment. Eventually, Addi became connected with two USDF gold medalists who took her under their wing and helped train her into the professional she is today. What Addi experienced as a young equestrian in not uncommon among riders today. Riders everywhere are becoming discouraged at their lack of progression in their journeys and want solutions. Addi founded Achiever's Equine Academy, fondly known as AEA, to help these riders accomplish their dreams.
