What's preventing you from sharing your message? Every year after our conference I get this cold sore. I don't stop doing video because of it. I've had amazing chats with people this week, regardless of the cold sore. The video is not about you. When you create content, you are helping other people. Don't let your insecurities prevent you from sharing your message. If I wouldn't have done those videos when I have a cold sore, I would have prevented life change in others. It's time for you to step on a bigger stage.

Should you ever do a beta launch for your course? This is a common question. My answer is no. We only do beta launch courses because of low self confidence — because we're scared to launch a course and charge people money for it because we don't think it's good enough. If you beta launch, you will attract people who aren't vested. Their hearts are not in it. So there won't be any transformation. It's a cycle that's not helpful. Instead, when the course doesn't perform like you want it to, own it and fix it. Over deliver. Usually I'm the guy that tells my students to go for it and take risks and action. Today, I was blown away by an email I received. I entered my three-year-old Elixir Project book in a contest for young adult authors. And I Won! The other day I got an email that said, "Stop the spammy sales techniques." They were concerned because we say there are a limited number of seats on our webinars. I set up a Facebook Live for our tribe and addressed it head on. The loyalty in the tribe exploded. When situations come up, real leaders don't ignore it.

I find a weird satisfaction in raking leaves. After going, going and going the last few weeks, I needed a time to reset. Sometimes we think every day needs to be this massive achievement. Sometimes the mundane is good for our bodies and our brains. It's a great way to reset. I don't work out every day or read my Bible every day. After years of ritualism, instead I need rhythms. 

Often times I say when you prepare for the moment, the moment is prepared for you. Life has a way of revealing what is inside us through trials and tribulations. But if you do the deep work, you will be prepared. 

I'm standing outside of one of the most famous places where dreams come true. I often tell people they need to wake up in order to dream. A lot of us are sleep walking through life. They're stuck in a system and are lulled to sleep. People are going to try to squash you and your dreams but we all have a dream planted inside of us. It's time to wake up and dream.

I'm at the Igniting Souls Conference, and I asked the crowd to speak words of life to one another. I see people in tears because it's been so long since they've heard these things. There are two times when people speak words of life to other people: when they're dead or when they're retiring. But you can't do much with those words at those times. I challenge you to speak words of life to someone else.
