👉 Complete the 30 Sec Survey & Find Your Best PHT Recovery Plan🎉 Sign up for the FREE PHT 5-Day Course HERE 🎉For all other PHT resources, go to: https://proximalhamstringtendinopathy.info/ "Reached next level of insanity: since about 2 weeks my healthy leg is in pain because of PHT. Because of my other hammie I can't run, jump, walk too much and sit only on cushions. This PHT on the right side started after doing hamstring exercises! Exercises, that should heal or prevent from PHT! Single leg elevated hip thrust and single leg glute bridges with straight legs. I never had any tendon problems before my injury 2 years ago on my left leg. So how can these exercises cause PHT on a healthy leg?? And what should I do for rehab when PT exercises cause PHT?"Brodie illuminates the confusion of this scenario along with helpful tips in this situation.
