They also talk about mentorship and how having mentors and being mentors has marked each of their lives.About Brittany:Brittany Mullins is the Founder/Executive Director for Beneath The Skin. Beneath The Skin is a new nonprofit as the vision of its founder Brittany Mullins. Brittany has a strong desire to serve the fans of the music scene. The majority of these young adults/kids come from broken homes, therefore lacking love and guidance. They don’t feel accepted by their peers, are considered outcasts at school, etc. They then experience depression, anxiety, turn to self-harm to feel physically when emotionally they are numb, experience suicidal thoughts, and an inner brokenness of not being good enough. She had discovered that this need was great, 7 years ago during her first interaction with a fan. This young girl told Brittany her story of abandonment, self-harm, and drug abuse and Brittany knew something had to change.
