Like many women, Rachel Carrell realised how impossible childcare is in London after becoming a mother.   Having honed her leadership skills at McKinsey and health tech she decided to fix this broken system that doesn’t have mothers or childcare workers in mind, and founded Koru Kids. Many women in the UK struggle to return to work or make career choices they don’t want based on their limited childcare options. Koru Kids aims to challenge and change all that. Rachel is passionate about having women rise to the most senior leadership roles, where they can continue to make an impact on legislations, policies, and systems that ensure female voices are heard and accounted for. Bill Bailey is one of the most brilliant performers of our time. Although renowned for his stand-up comedy, Bill is much more versatile than that. He is a skilled musician, incorporating musical elements in his shows. He did that brilliantly recently at The Royal Opera House. It turns out he is a very skilled dancer as well, having won Strictly Come Dancing in 2020 with his dance partner Oti Mabuse.
