The GaryVee Audio Experience

This was a super cool little clip that not only demonstrates how I relate the importance of kindness & empathy to business- but also shows the way I write articles with my team, sitting down with TeamGaryVee's new writer, Raghav - some cool lessons in here I think you'll like. <3 

Artificial intelligence (AI), artificial general intelligence (AGI), and artificial super intelligence (ASI) are obviously really hot topics right now, but I think there’s a big lack of clarity in the system... I usually hear people mention that AI is going to take our jobs or that it will destroy our economy and force us to use a Universal Basic Income (UBI) as a result, when in actuality, I think it’s going to be a tool that will allow us to become faster and focus on more important tasks. In the same way that people thought tractors would get rid of the jobs of farmers, we actually just got faster and they allowed us to achieve more.

Anyone who follows my content knows that being a salesman is a huge part of who I am, and that I massively respect anyone in the sales game -  this mashup puts together a few tips and tricks that I think are great advice for anyone that is looking to step up their game, or just needs a little help or push in the right direction. <3

Look, the internet has created vast amounts of opportunity, no matter what your foundation is... Frankly, I'm of the mindset that if you have faced adversity that you're actually better off than people who haven't faced adversity because you're hungry and willing to put in the work to get yours. This throwback is a really, really big one that I'm super pumped to resurface today - I gave a fireside Q&A back in 2016 for LinkedIn, and had them ask me a ton of live questions - talking about the way I perceive myself, the reasons why some people feel pressured into entrepreneurship, or building a business when they should be focused more on being that number 17 guy at Facebook. I also go off on how and when I decide to go all in on a new platform that I think is going to blow up. This is a FIRE talk that I'd hate for you to miss <3 <3

I hope this helps you learn how to grow a small business. Scaling your company and hiring your first employees can be a little tricky, but if you pay yourself as little as possibly and make hiring your top priority, it will pay itself off, you just have to understand that none of the good stuff will come fast.. you're not going to make a million dollars and chill on a yacht six months into starting your company. Have the mindset that it's going to take you the next 21 years. That's how you'll win.

This is easily one of my most fire interviews of all time - chopping it up with my man Aubrey Marcus, pushing hard into the reasons that you're not winning right now, and how to fix them. Probably the largest topic I touch in this one is the mentality behind dropping a loser friend to pick up a new one - this can push positivity, work ethic ... whatever u need it to, just listen <3
