Pat Whelan of James Whelan Butchers who’s book The Irish Beef Book has just been reprinted to celebrate it’s 10th Anniversary and Pat joined Bobby to talk all thing beef.

This week Bobby went to the Dublin Cookery School in Blackrock which has recently been taken over by a well-known foodie Gerry Devlin. Gerry showed Bobby around the school and introduced him to some of the students.
