Healing the Inner Child: Part 1
In the first of this two part series, Samantha and Denise discuss ways to identify and acknowledge if you may benefit from working with your inner child. This is a heavy topic and we are not discussing this from a therapeutic standpoint but as empaths and sensitives who may be holding residual pain and energies from earlier times in our lives.
Inner child work is a way to address our needs that haven’t been met as children and heal the attachment wounds we’ve developed. Our inner child is a representation of ourselves at multiple points in our childhood, including our natural enthusiasm and curiosity we experienced as children.
Books Mentioned in this Episode:
Homecoming: Reclaiming and Championing Your Inner Child by John Bradshaw Homecoming

A New Universal Dream with Steve Farrell
Please join us in welcoming our guest today, Steve Farrell, the co-founder and worldwide executive director of Humanity’s Team, a global nonprofit helping people everywhere awaken to our interconnectedness.
Steve was living the proverbial American dream in the 1990’s as the co-founder and leader of two high-growth technology companies based in Silicon Valley, each featured in the INC 500 and spanned the United States and Europe. During this period of his life, he was an officer in the Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization and the Young Presidents’ Organization. The calling to play an active role in helping others to come together to connect more fully with the Divine Power of Oneness, led Steve to step away from that life experience and commit to helping raise consciousness on a global level.
Steve contributed to the Gold Nautilus Award-winning book “Our Moment of Choice — Evolutionary Visions and Hope for the Future”: Moment of Choice. then went on to write about his journey from the American Dream to conscious leadership in his new book, “A New Universal Dream”: A New Universal Dream
Steve has very generously offered access to his Conscious Leadership course (a $299. value) for free with purchase of his book. For more details, please visit: https://www.stevefarrell.org/a-new-universal-dream
