New YouGov polling shows 36% of the public think you have to be born in Britain to be British; and that 71% of Reform voters agree that having native ancestry is "a prerequisite for someone to be truly British", and 59% see Britain as "an ethnic, not a civic, community." This coincides with calls for Egyptian revolutionary Alaa Abd el-Fattah to be stripped of British citizenship, revealing that having a British passport is not enough to be British; and a contentious debate between Andrew Gold and ethnonationalist Steve Laws. It's clear that civic nationalism is losing the immigration debate. But what will take its place? If civic nationalists set a dichotomy where we either have to surrender to demographic extinction or deport every last immigrant and their offspring, then, out of desperation, people will support indiscriminate deportations.  People want security: for their people, their culture, their country, and their children. These are reasonable requests. If you cannot offer that, they will side with someone who will, no matter how harsh or unreasonable they are prepared to be. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has announced the Trump Administration will sanction five individuals for censoring free speech on US-based social media platforms and across Europe. Former European Commissioner Thierry Breton has been banned from entering the United States. Imran Ahmed, the CEO of the Center for Countering Digital Hate, has hired E Jean Carroll's lawyer Roberta Kaplan to appeal the repeal of his green card, and prevent him from being deported back to the UK. Senior officials at the State Department have promised that this is just the first round of sanctions planned for members of the censorship industrial complex, to protect Western civilisation and the indigenous peoples of Europe. Keir Starmer, Labour, the Liberal Democrats, and the last Conservative government are celebrating Egyptian revolutionary Alaa Abd El-Fattah being freed from prison and moving to Britain. But their delight was short-lived after the public discovered El-Fattah's violent tweets targeting whites, Britain, and Jews. British citizenship means nothing if people can hate us can claim it and use it against us. El-Fattah's presence in our country is an indictment of our entire political class. Danny Finkelstein doesn't understand why he is getting so much criticism for interjecting in Piers Morgan's interview with Nick Fuentes. The young white men on the British and American right might be rude and provocative, but their core demand is reasonable: they want the same protections for their people that Jews enjoy in Israel. Danny cannot sustain the double standard that demands Israel exists to protect Jews, while Britain must be diverse, liberal, and accommodate mass unwanted demographic change. Piers Morgan doesn't understand why trying to cancel Nick Fuentes by calling him racist and sexist didn't work. Boomers don't understand that Zoomers have rejected the post-War consensus, because it has broken its promises and bequeathed to them nothing. There are no Zoomer moderates. Elbridge Colby's new US National Security Strategy warns "within a few decades at the latest, certain NATO members will become majority non-European", and that cooperation between the United States, the UK, and Europe will become impossible.
