Today's podcast is an inside look at what it's like running for a US Military Academy. I have the privilege of speaking with Murphy Smith from the US Naval Academy.  Murphy has run 7:57 in the 3k, 13:55 in the 5k (indoor school record), and 28:37 in the 10k which is also a school record.   Back in high school, Murphy ran 2:00 in the 800m, 4:19 in the 1600m, and 9:15 in the 3200m.
