Only one out of three Americans now trust the news media, putting the US in last place among developed countries according to a new poll. What went wrong, how bad has it gotten and what can be done to reestablish trust between the mainstream media and consumers? Steve Krakauer has worked at multiple networks and is now an independent journalist.
