Toilet Radio 451 – The Gender Critic Rides Again
Big week for extremely stupid musicians. First up, let’s talk about THE DEFIANT, a “punk” band made up of old punk guys that got kicked out of their much more famous bands for being weirdos about vaccines and/or Scientology. BUT THEN, it’s an all out cavalcade of transphobic freaks featuring Carlos Santana, Alice Cooper, CJ from Thy Fart is Murder, Alex Terrible from Slaughter to Prevail, Ronnie Radke, and Larissa from Venom Prison. These folks decided, completely unbidden, to share their contempt for the humanity of others so we have to respond in kind. Folks, it’s an angry one.

Toilet Radio 450 – Covers From Hell (Complimentary)
Alright, let’s close this dipshit triptych. For the past two weeks we played you the most poisonous covers we could find. Now it is time 2 jam. This show contains six cover tracks that me and Jordan think go super hard. We’re providing the backstory on Fear, Neil Young, Sisters of Mercy, Berlin, Randy Uchida Group, Far, Rudimentary Peni, and so much more on this week’s episode. Tune in, turn on, and drop out with this lovingly curated selection of cover jams. Folks, it’s a good one.

Toilet Radio 449 – Covers From Hell Pt. 2
We had such a good time with last week’s episode that we had to go back to the fridge for a second helping of terrible fucking metal covers. This time around we’re talking about Daath releasing a cover of Where the Slime Live that is absolutely identical to the original, Inter Arma trying and failing to make a statement with Neil Young’s Southern Man, Rob & Kirk of Metallica digging up Prince’s corpse and pissing on it, Puddle of Mudd’s Abbout a Girl, MTV Icons: Metallica edish, Fred Durst baring his hole with Behind Blue Eyes, Mudvayne going tantric with Sting, Five Finger Death Punch doing a straight up satanic cover of The Offspring, Sinatra gone metal, a pair of dogshit We Didn’t Start the Fire covers, Most Precious Blood struggggggling through Sweet Child O’ Mine, and a ton of other utterly baffling songs. Folks……. it’s a good one.

Toilet Radio 448 – Metalcore Covers From Hell
This week on Toilet Radio: Join us as we plumb the depths of shameless metalcore goons fishing for virality with exceptionally awful cover songs of pop artists and Disney soundtracks. We learned about the existence of long-running metalcore band/YouTube karaoke machine Our Last Night and it only got worse from there. We’re exploring metalcore cover hell, the Punk Goes [Genre] compilation series, and creating a few rules for how to successfully cover a song. How low would you go to get a taste of that sweet brass ring? Let’s find out on this week’s episode.

Interview: Turn Cold
Earlier last month, Eenzy sat down with crossover wunderkinds Turn Cold to chew the fat (and some glass) and get called a bunch of dorky motherfuckers by the drunkest lady at the show.
I got a chance to catch up with Turn Cold after they closed out their summer tour with a killer homecoming performance here in Atlanta. The band shares some of their favorite eats and septuagenarian food-related hijinks they got into on the road, discusses their unique merch philosophy, and shouts out some tour-mates and fellow bands in the Atlanta scene. Lots of drunk people interrupt them throughout. It’s a damn fun one!
We know our audience. You wanna hit somebody? You wanna smoke weed? Fuck yeah, you do you homie.
Mosh at home to Turn Cold’s latest EP Chew Glass via the Bandcamp link below. You can also catch them on IG and Spotify

Toilet Radio 447 – Creed Has Risen!
This week on Toilet Radio: Global warming is increasing at an alarming rate so why the fuck are bands still touring Arizona in August / Perhaps the only news more alarming than an extinction level event: Psycho Synner calls it quits / In other stupid FFDP news, the former guitarist started a new band that sounds exactly like FFDP and Zoltan Bathory is committing war crimes in the new Call of Duty. / CREED IS BACK MOTHERFUCKERS. / Finally, Ronnie Radke has been SHADOWBANNED D:

Toilet Radio 445 – Vanity Record Labels
On this week’s episode of Toilet Radio we’re talking about offshoot record labels! Sometimes a company decides what they really need is a vanity record label to push their product with music! Games Workshop, publishers of the Warhammer 40,000 universe of games and books and such, briefly had their own record label for hard rawk and heavy metal. GW, if you’re listening to us, please hire us to relaunch this label. We’ll make a mint. BUT ALSO, we’re talking about WWE Smackdown Records (feat. Atheist’s Kelly Shaefer), Nintendo releasing both Killer Cuts and White Knuckle Scorin’. Waffle House Records, MySpace Records, Starbucks Hear Music Records, and Scion A/V. RIP Scion A/V, no corporation will ever again waste so much money on the poor musicians making abrasive noise. Finally, we close the show with Hanna-Barbera Records which is DELIGHTFUL.

Toilet Radio 444 – Which Makes Dumber Lyrics, Humans or AI?
This week on Toilet Radio: Ronnie Radke’s voice must be made of balsa wood because this mf cannot perform in cold air, warm air, high altitudes, or when too close to sea level. / Ozzy has to drop off The Implication Fest but he somehow thinks he’ll resume playing shows next year. That will not happen! / We check in on the latest from The Shredderz and discover that they’ve been using AI-generated lyrics. / Speaking of nonsense lyrics, let’s check in on Project: Vengeance (previously known as The Big Six). It took five deathcore vocalists to pen this masterpiece, Jesus. I promise you this: next week’s show will be better.

Toilet Radio 443 – The Rob Halford Autobiography
This week on Toilet Radio: We read Rob Halford’s autobiography 2020, Confess. Join as we follow the triumphs and tribulations as Rob makes Judas Priest one of the greatest bands in the history of metal, tries and fails to score, gets sober, finds love, and shares his tales of celebrity run-ins with Cher, Madonna, Spinal Tap and more. Among the many highlights, Halford tells the tale of hooking up with a fan at a glory hole, getting arrested for cruising, and pooping in a manilla envelope in a speeding van. Folks, this is a good one.
