S18E14 - The Pandemic Funk and Cultural Considerations When Going Back to the Office, with Frank Smith

In this HCI Podcast episode, Dr. Jonathan H. Westover (https://www.linkedin.com/in/jonathanhwestover/) talks with Frank Smith about the pandemic funk and cultural considerations when going back to the office. See the video here: https://youtu.be/_7ZwNF7pp3s.  Frank Smith (https://www.linkedin.com/in/frank-smith-5b74795/) started his career with a degree in Accounting and after having a few corporate jobs, realized he was designed to lead and enjoyed the lack of structure in the entrepreneurial world. When the owner of the small manufacturing company that Frank worked at passed away suddenly, Frank had the opportunity to buy the company along with the management team. Since 1994 Frank has owned and led 5 different businesses with his over lying passion being around creating a workplace people want to work at.  When the dots got connected that running a business by Biblical principles was not only good for business but even better for the employees, Frank had found the secret to Great Business Culture. Today, Frank runs Mosaic Personnel which not only helps connect people to jobs that are more fulfilling but also trains and coaches leaders and companies to create those cultures where people want to come to work.  Frank is married to Heidi, they have 3 kids that are all out of college. Frank enjoys car racing, golf and travel when he isn't working.  Check out Dr. Westover's new book, The Alchemy of Truly Remarkable Leadership, here: https://www.innovativehumancapital.com/leadershipalchemy.  Check out the latest issue of the Human Capital Leadership magazine, here: https://www.innovativehumancapital.com/hci-magazine.  Ranked in the Top 10 Performance Management Podcasts: https://blog.feedspot.com/performance_management_podcasts/ ; Ranked in the Top 10 Workplace Podcasts: https://blog.feedspot.com/workplace_podcasts/ ; Ranked in the Top 15 HR Podcasts: https://blog.feedspot.com/hr_podcasts/ ; Ranked in the Top 15 Talent Management Podcasts: https://blog.feedspot.com/talent_management_podcasts/ ; Ranked in the Top 15 Personal Development and Self-Improvement Podcasts: https://blog.feedspot.com/personal_development_podcasts/ ; Ranked in the Top 30 Leadership Podcasts: https://blog.feedspot.com/leadership_podcasts/ See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
