Gerald Sussman, an expert on US agencies seeking regime change in Eastern Europe, discusses the history of democracy promotion and color revolutions. Topics include US foreign policy in the Philippines, the influence of American institutions on Eastern European democracies, and the United States' desire to maintain economic dominance.
