Episode 639: The Night of the Following Day (1969)
Adam Schartoff and Joseph Aisenberg join Mike to talk about about the 1969 film The Night of the Following Day. Directed by Hubert Cornfield, the film is based on Lionel White’s novel, The Snatchers, where the kidnapping plot was so ingenious that some French criminals used it to abduct the Peugeot heir. Ironically, the film would move the New York setting of the novel to France though it stars mostly Americans like Marlon Brando, Richard Boone, and Rita Moreno. This episode was a request from one of our Patreon donors..
