At 3.15am on August 2nd 2015, eight year old Sarah was lifted from her bed by a Davidson Country police officer and carried downstairs shielded from the chaos that had broken out around her. Hours passed before Sarah learned that her dad Jason was dead. In July 2022, Paul Moody was sentenced to three years in prison for coercive control—becoming one of the first in the State to be convicted of this type of abuse.
