Remember the good old days when branding was what the company, and its advertising agency, decided it was? Well, content is not what it used to be. Everything that refers to the company is content nowadays, and governing it is a big challenge. When every written or spoken thing is content, marketing, and branding, and keeping track of the script gets scary, who are you gonna call?
