In dieser Ausgabe diskutieren wir mit Univ.-Prof. Dr. Anna-Bettina Kaiser vom Lehrstuhl "Öffentliches Recht und Grundlagen des Rechts" der der Humboldt-Universität in Berlin und Univ.-Prof. Dr. Alexander Somek vom Institut für Rechtsphilosophie der Universität Wien. Es geht um Carl Schmitt, Giorgio Agamben, Hans Kelsen, die Rolle von Verfassungsgerichten und die Einschätzung, ob wir uns in einem Ausnahmezustand befinden - und warum.
