Wesleyan educator and author Dr. Ken Schenck on his book, "A Biblical Argument for Women in Ministry and Leadership." Dr. Ken Schenck is an Asbury Theological Seminary graduate who did his New Testament Ph.D. under James D.G. Dunn at the University of Durham. He is author of more than 30 books and is an ordained minister in the Wesleyan Church. Dr. Schenck taught New Testament and Biblical languages at Indiana Wesleyan University for twenty-two years, where he also served as Dean for nine years. BACK in 2004. I took our kids back to Africa in 2004. Here's what happened. Due to a minor plane crash and having to make the trip overland, our kids went on into the Congo and I stayed behind with no plans for the week in the Central African Republic. 1 Timothy is FOR women in ministry not against them!
