Titan collects & repurposes waste products such as wood waste and agricultural residue (think flax or hemp) and  converts the material into pure carbon for future use in products like soil additives, animal feed and water and purification.Instead of burning carbon trapped in waste products, Titan is able to prevent additional carbon from being released into the atmosphere. Welcome back to the rose bros podcast!This episode we are joined by Dan Zembal - President of PolyAg Recycling - for another installment of the Rundle Eco-Capitalism Series, where the idea is to explore companies that are giving back to the environment, and also making a profit.In a nutshell, PolyAg Recycling collects used grain bags from farmers and then preprocess' them through a cycle of shredding, washing and melting to create individual plastic pellets. These pellets are then sold to other companies who require them for material to make new products such as the synthetic wood used to build new decks.Also, companies are now using PolyAg's recycled pellets to make brand new grain bags in an example of full circle recycling. By 2010, Trung had acquired a $3.5 million portfolio of cash flow rental properties in Calgary and Edmonton.In 2012, Trung decided to pursue a professional career with Trickle Creek Custom Homes, where he went on to buy and sell ~$9 million in inner city residential lots. Since leaving Trickle Creek, Trung has continued to help people buy and sell their homes through his  association with Re/Max Real Estate & eXp Realty.
