Haryana’s Local Reservation Law is Unconstitutional | Part One
The State of Haryana passed the Haryana State Employment of Local Candidates Act, 2020 which provided 75% reservation to local candidates in all private sector jobs in the state which paid less than Rs. 30,000 per month.
