He is 'All Fired Up' with his new show on RTE on Tuesdays. Nico spoke to Alison Curtis on Weekend Breakfast about his Roscommon and Jamaican heritage and his travels which have inspired his life as one of the country's best barbecue chefs. "I grew up with the meat and potatoes but my Mam would always throw on a little something special like the Jamaican hot sauce and I then spent time in South America and that inspired another twist to my food."

Dublin Bus and its employees have a new community partnership with LGBT Ireland for Pride 2022. It features a diverse group of LGBTQ+ community members, including Dublin Bus employees with the person who has always been there for them and who has grown alongside their journey - somebody who’s been there through the good times, the bad times and all the times in-between providing unrelenting support. Jim strongly believes that everyone should be able to love who they want to love and that is something that he has taught his 4 children. His home is a ‘safe house’ and his family treat everyone equally and everyone is welcome. Adrian agrees that their relationship is like any normal relationship. They talk straight from the heart and Adrian trusts Jim. They mutually support each other. Adrian also gives Jim advice – because one of Jim’s children is a member of the LGBT community - and this made them even closer. Glenda Gilson, former model and Xposé presenter has a very different life now. She was once jetting off up to three times a week doing crazy work hours going from fashion shoots to famous shouts.
