John Shepard, electronics tinkerer who ran Project STRAT in 1970s Michigan, built high-voltage transmitters to try contacting ET. He recounts constructing massive transmitters and daily broadcasts. He links strange statewide signals and 1970s sightings to unexplained electromagnetic anomalies. He also shows off synthesizers, sound experiments, and reflects on why he stopped.
