This is the first message in our series “Above All (Else).”  This week the focus is Jesus, as above all others.  We will look at the reality of Jesus being above all, how Jesus in His essence is above all others, and what the implications of that are for us as His followers.

In this message, we look at Isaiah 43 and Acts 4 to see that God is with us in trials, but that the ultimate goal is not survival. The ultimate goal is God’s mission.  We survive and thrive so we can be part of Kingdom Mission!

This message is the second in our series “The Rise of the Church.”  Sarah Anderson will look at Acts 3 and the effect of power evangelism in the spread of the early church.

For the summer we will be doing a series on the book of Acts, titled “The Rise of the Church”. In this first message, Wilson looks at what happened at Pentecost and even more importantly what the apostles were doing before Pentecost.
