College RetreatGod did not create us because He was lonely or because of something lacking in himself. We were created out of His fullness so we could share in it. This is the beauty of the Gospel. We were created for community, but sin has wrecked that. We each have a longing to know and to be known by others, to be a part of something bigger than ourselves. We try and fill this need with anything: social media, jobs, hobbies, etc. In Christ, we are able to be reconciled to God and to those around us. He wants us to have the same relationship with one another that exists in the Trinity.
