This past Tuesday, President Donald Trump posthumously awarded conservative activist Charlie Kirk the Presidential Medal of Freedom. On what would have been his 32nd birthday, his family and friends gathered in the Rose Garden as his widow, Erika Kirk, accepted the nation's highest civilian honor on his behalf and spoke about his life and legacy. US military strikes on suspected drug-running boats in the Caribbean are not letting up. Since last month, when the operations began, at least six vessels have been targeted, resulting in the deaths of more than two-dozen alleged drug traffickers. President of Defense and Battlefield Consulting Firm IRIS Independent Research, Dr. Rebecca Grant, joins to unpack the legality of President Trump’s strikes on alleged Venezuelan drug boats after yet another vessel was sunk earlier in the week. Former White House National Security Advisor John Bolton surrendered to federal authorities in Maryland, and plead not guilty to all charges he allegedly retained and transmitted classified documents. There are 18 counts in the indictment with potential penalties of up to ten years per count and a maximum fine of $250,000 per count. The FBI raided Bolton's home in August with a search that focused on classified documents they believed he possessed.
