Evening Edition: Minnesota Rep. Stauber Says Gov. Walz Will Be Out Of Office Next November
The House Oversight Committee is intensifying their investigation into the state of Minnesota hemorrhaging funds through fraud schemes in its social benefit programs. The Department of Justice says one of the largest schemes involved 'the Feeding Our Future scheme' which resulted in a $250 million loss when fraudsters received payments from the state for services that were never fulfilled. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has frozen all childcare payments to Minnesota, and the Small Business Administration (SBA) suspended nearly 7-thousand loans amid the mounting scrutiny over accusations of fraud involving child daycare centers across the state.
FOX's Ryan Schmelz speaks with Rep. Pete Stauber (R-MN) says the scams are so numerous in his state that he calls it 'incompetence or dereliction of duty', and Governor Walz will be out of office in November.

Business Rundown: Is 2026 The Year To Buy Your Next Home?
Realtor.com recently released its 2026 housing forecast, and there is some good news.
Mortgage rates are expected to fall to 6.3% from an average of 6.6%.
The survey also predicts modest increases in sales, prices, and inventory, but also declining rents.
After a bruising 2025 that saw the housing market sink to 30-year lows, even this modestly improving forecast is welcomed news, especially as Americans grow increasingly concerned about affordability.
Realtor.com’s Chief Economist Danielle Hale joins FOX Business’ Gerri Willis to break down the numbers and explain what to expect in 2026. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Redistricting Wars Set the Stage for 2026
Last year's push to redraw congressional maps was designed to reshape the battlefield for the 2026 midterm elections, with Texas leading a GOP-backed effort that quickly triggered counter-moves by Democrats in states like California. The unusual mid-decade redistricting fight spread to several other states, drew sharp political backlash, and has already landed in court, with the Supreme Court allowing Texas’ new map to remain in place for now. Kyle Kondik, managing editor of Sabato’s Crystal Ball at the University of Virginia Center for Politics, joins the Rundown to break down whether these map changes will actually move the needle in the midterms.
It’s that time of year when millions of Americans resolve to change their habits—aiming to lose weight, eat better, and exercise more. But keeping those resolutions can be hard, especially when you’re bombarded with temptation and conflicting advice about how to stay healthy. “The Cheat Code Coach” Pamela Goldstone joins special guest host Dana Perino to discuss the best techniques for getting in shape and feeling better in 2026. The certified nutrition coach and personal trainer also shares some tips for managing your time, boosting energy levels, and avoiding the pitfalls of junk food, busy schedules, and modern technology.

38 Trillion Reasons For America To Tighten It's Belt This Year
As we enter 2026, the national debt is quickly nearing $40 trillion and interest costs alone are near $1 trillion a year. Meanwhile, there is no clear bipartisan plan to reverse the trend. The Trump administration points to economic growth, tariffs, and efforts to cut waste and fraud as part of the solution, while critics warn that deficits remain historically high and savings so far fall short of what’s needed. Former Indiana Governor and former OMB Director Mitch Daniels joins the Rundown to break down the lack of political will to address the debt crisis, what’s politically realistic in the year ahead to rein it in.
Then, we revisit one of our most impactful interviews from the past year, when Author and Historian Walter Isaacson joined Chris Foster to discuss the United States’ upcoming 250th birthday and why America’s revolution is one of the most important events in world history.

Evening Edition: Are Politics Inspiring Anti-Semitic Violence?
Examples of anti-Semitic and terror attacks towards Jews around the world have surged in recent years, especially since October 7th and the ensuing war. Last month, a father and son duo in Australia killed fifteen people and injured more than two dozen others at a Hanukah celebration, which authorities called an ISIS-inspired terrorist attack. Following the attack, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says he warned Australia that the country’s policies began festering an anti-Semitic tone after calling for the formation of a Palestinian State.
FOX’s Eben Brown speaks with Rabbi Yaakov Menken, the Executive Vice President of the Coalition for Jewish Values, who says these anti-Semitic attacks should not just be viewed as hatred towards Jewish lives, but hatred towards all life.
