He's also the founder of Spark Wave, a startup foundry that creates novel software products from scratch designed to solve problems in the world. What’s the point? Given the goals we have, what makes discussions or communication more useful? What norms do we want to support to encourage that? Practical tips: What tools can we use? When should we take discussions offline? Etc. And more. Then we’ll spend a bit of time talking about how we can apply this to specific discussions we think are important.
