The Consecrated Podcast
Fedhii Gobena & Biiftuu Gobena
Jesus paid far too high a price for us to live a nominal life. The Consecrated Podcast is a journey led by siblings Biiftuu and Fedhii Gobena, whose hearts burn with a shared passion to awaken believers to the boundless, abundant life they were made for.
Too often, Christians settle for the familiar—a faith without depth, power, or freedom. But Jesus came that we might have life to the fullest, in all its richness and glory. It’s time for the Bride to awaken, to shake off apathy, and to step into the fullness of what Christ has already paid for.
Through honest conversations, biblical truth, and a call to wholehearted devotion, Biiftuu and Fedhii invite you to trade conformity for consecration. Each week, they dive into the sacred pilgrimage of walking intimately with Jesus, exploring what it means to live a life set apart—marked by the abundance of His presence.

Community & It's Original Design
In this episode, we dive into the divine origin of community—tracing it all the way back to God Himself. Before humanity ever breathed a breath, relationship already existed. God—the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit—were in perfect communion. Community isn’t a human idea; it’s a reflection of the very nature of God.
We talk about how the identity of each Person in the Trinity is deeply intertwined. The Father cannot be fully known apart from the Son, and the Son not apart from the Spirit. In the same way, we as followers of Christ were never meant to live isolated lives. We are designed to be known, supported, sharpened, and expressed through connection with others.
Just as a single part of the body cannot function on its own, we too are just one piece of a greater whole. This episode is a reminder that we reflect God best—not in solitude—but in the beautiful, messy, refining context of community.

The Frequency of God
In this episode, Fedhii dives deep into the mystery and beauty of hearing God’s voice. He draws a powerful parallel between the spiritual and natural realms, likening God’s voice to a frequency constantly being transmitted—like a radio station. Just because you're not tuned in doesn’t mean the station isn’t playing. The signal is there. The sound is active. The voice of God is alive and speaking—always.
But how do we hear it?
Fedhii challenges the common belief that “God doesn’t speak to me,” revealing it as one of the greatest lies that dulls our spiritual hearing. Instead, he urges us to tune our hearts—just like tuning a radio—to the divine frequency. It requires intentionality, clearing away the static of life, the lies, and the distractions. It’s not that God isn’t speaking; it’s that our dial is off.
Using vivid analogies from the physical world—sound waves, frequencies, radio signals—Fedhii paints a compelling picture of what it looks like to align ourselves with heaven’s voice. His words are a call to recalibrate, to believe again, and to step into the truth that we serve a God who still speaks and longs to be heard.
This isn’t just about hearing—it’s about relationship, clarity, and living life attuned to the voice of our Creator.

Fear of the Future
In this episode, we talk honestly about the fear that can come with thinking about the future. Biiftuu vulnerably shares her own story—how questions like “Where is my life going?” or “What will I become?” used to fill her with anxiety. But she also shares how the Lord met her in that fear and gently led her into freedom. Followers of Jesus aren’t called to be in control—we’ve surrendered the right to lead. And when we try to take that role back, we often invite fear, confusion, and unrest.
We also draw from the story of the Israelites in exile when God spoke those well-known words in Jeremiah 29:11: “For I know the plans I have for you…” These weren’t words spoken during a peaceful, thriving season—they were spoken in the middle of exile, in the midst of uncertainty and disappointment. Even when our surroundings feel like chaos, God’s plans are steady and secure.
This episode is a reminder that you don’t need to know every detail of the future when you’ve become well acquainted with the Person of Jesus. Trust isn’t built by knowing the plan—it’s built by knowing the One who holds it.

Your Beliefs Shape Your Reality
In this episode, Fedhii explores the powerful truth that what we believe—whether healthy or unhealthy—deeply shapes our reality. Drawing from a personal story and the biblical account of the Roman centurion in Luke 7:1–10, he unpacks how our expectations of God influence our encounters with Him. When we show up with faith, our experience of God begins to mirror our belief in Him. It’s not just about theology—it’s about posture. This episode challenges listeners to examine the beliefs they carry and to lean into expectation, knowing that God often moves in response to faith-filled hearts.

Keeping Jesus as Homebase
In this episode, Fedhii dives into the vital truth that Jesus must remain our homebase. He reflects on how humans are naturally drawn to be mesmerized by something—but often, we chase after the wrong things.
Through a vivid and moving bike analogy, he paints a picture of what it looks like to keep Jesus at the center. One pedal is the truth that “God loves me and wants to be with me.” As that pedal turns, it awakens a response deep in our hearts: “I love God and I want to give Him everything.” Just like riding a bike, these two movements—God’s love and our response—work together to carry us forward in intimacy with Jesus.
This episode is a heartfelt call back to what truly matters. It’s a reminder that in a world full of distractions, Jesus is the only One worth being mesmerized by.

The Importance of Fighting Forgetfulness
In this powerful episode, we unpack a struggle many of us face but rarely name: forgetting God's faithfulness. When storms hit, it’s easy to panic and lose sight of how God has come through for us before. We explore the moments when even the disciples forgot—terrified in a boat just after Jesus fed thousands. Or the Israelites, overwhelmed by giants, even though God had split seas and rained down manna.
Biiftuu shares a deep conviction God has been stirring in her heart: to fight forgetfulness by carrying “stones of remembrance”—tangible reminders of God’s goodness and provision in the past. These stones become more than memories; they become confidence to step boldly into our future, even when we face giants in our own promise lands.
This episode is a heartfelt call to remember, to reflect, and to trust again in the God who never changes and always comes through.

This episode is a heartfelt reminder that transformation begins when we stop bowing to fear and choose faith instead.

According To Your Faith
In this episode, we explore how your faith alone can shift things in your life, even in the most difficult circumstances. Drawing from Matthew 9:29—“Let it be done to you according to your faith”—we reflect on how Jesus healed the blind man in accordance to his faith and how the man walked away healed because of it. We talk about how discouragement can cloud our perspective, but the nature of God remains unchanging and faithful. Throughout Scripture, we see examples of people who trusted in who God is, and their faith moved changed the circumstances around them. We challenge our listeners to not fall into the same trap as the Israelites, who forgot what God had done and ended up stuck in cycles of doubt. This episode is a reminder: your faith matters, moves the heart of God, and can change the circumstances around you.
