Episode 184: On today’s episode of “The Building Code,” Zach and Charley are sitting down with Brian Pavlick, president of CBUSA. Before he was president, Brian held several roles during his nearly 17 years with the company. He helped to manage markets and traveled during the economic downturn of 2008 to help keep the business alive. He would eventually become chief operating officer, running CBUSA’s day-to-day operations, before transitioning to president in 2022. Additionally, he also serves as the general manager of materials management at Buildertrend. She graduated at the top of her class from Weber State University as one of only two women in the Manufacturing Engineering program. After some time spent in engineering, Meghan realized her love of the details and possibilities during the process of building her family’s dream home. She was able to experience the responsibilities of a general contractor, and the rest is history.
