#0100: (Membership) Alt-V Law x ILTA | Legal Halo Live - The Psychology of Resistance

Legal Halo is a referral-only membership cohort for change leaders in legal, and ILTA was invited by Alt-V Law to collaborate on this special live event in front of an audience of 50 change makers in legal. Together, we explored the real challenges of driving change in law firms with honesty, humour, and some healthy debate. Brilliantly moderated by Rupert Collins-White of Briefing Magazine, the panel featured: Adam Curphey, Mayer Brown Kevin O’Sullivan, Baker McKenzie Nina Gratrick, Herbert Smith Freehills Sian Ashton, TLT Angela Cotton, Shoosmiths Robert Rowland Smith, University of Oxford They didn’t hold back and explored “The Psychology of Resistance”—unpacking the chaos, comedy, and courage it takes to lead transformation in legal.
