Diane has over 30 years of experience in records and information management and has worked for organizations in a variety of industries. Her primary specialties are information governance strategy and policy development, the role of records management in litigation support and information governance, and the creation and application of international and national level standards. Mark Thorogood is the Director of Application Services at Perkins Coie. He holds several technical certifications, including Project Management Professional and Android Developer. During his tenure in the U.S. Army, Mark earned the distinguished leadership award and was the U.S. Army instructor of the year.
