Ep. 110 - Contest Prep Strategies w/ Rawdon Dubois

We've got a very insightful episode in store for you today on RNT Fitness Radio, as I'm joined by Manmeet Chowdhry, Europe's only senior facilitator of the Demartini method. Manmeet's mission in life is to help transform lives all around the world through the power of our universal laws, and in this action packed episode, we dive into her own transformation journey, and all the previous struggles she went through that led to her starting her path of change now. We then switched gears and discussed the most common issues she comes across in her office, from infatuation, the law of duality, and carrying emotional charges around specific events that may have happened in your past. In this show we cover some very raw and sensitive topics that I wasn't sure about including, but after the direction the episode was heading, we felt that if there's even one person who's dealt with these struggles, and it can help them, it's worth it. If you know anyone who's going through a dark period of their life, or if you're someone looking to live a more fulfilled life, this is an episode you'll want to listen to, share, and learn from. An important note before listening: In one part of the podcast, Manmeet shares some sensitive information about clients she has had experience working with and helped them through perceived traumatic events. She uses the Demartini Method with her clients, which is not designed to act as a substitute for the necessary and appropriate treatment of any diagnosed "disease" not replacement of any form of therapy or even as a substitute for sound legal advice or recommended as necessary counselling. She is not also here to take place of your doctor, therapist, lawyer or counsellor but merely to offer a new more profound way of looking at life to dissolve any internal or external emotional stress and conflict as she has done for many clients. In this podcast you are invited by Manmeet to consider how you might transform any stressful situation you might encounter into a more ordered and meaningful condition or experience. On completion with her clients, they are able to wisely act rather than unwisely react to life's many events. Please bear this in mind as you listen. "I'd rather humble myself, before someone on the outside humbles me" – Manmeet Chowdhry Timestamps: 1:14 – Manmeet's RNT journey so far 1:43 – Manmeet's why 3:29 – What is linking? 7:28 – How did Manmeet inspire herself? 11:35 – Inspiration vs motivation 14:56 – Being on crutches 20:04 – Comparison syndrome 23:11 – Law of reflection 25:54 – How did Manmeet become a coach? 38:20 – Doing depression and stress 45:23 – Childhood and life experience 50:01 – How do people neutralize traumatic events? 56:31 – How do you find optimum and final balance between positives and negatives 59:09 – Why romantic relationships breakdown 1:03:57 – Top three tips to live a more fulfilled life 1:08:16 – One quote Manmeet lives by 1:08:37 – What is Manmeet excited for in 2020? Ep. 109 - Babies, Buckets, Snowflakes & Christmas Strategies

Welcome back to another episode of RNT Fitness Radio, and today we've got the entire team on the show as we cover some topics we've been itching to record about over the past few months. We start off by talking about parenting strategies with new dads Mulla and Pilko, with Shaneeta chipping in with her sage advice. We then shift gears and talk about individual bucket capacities, something I'll let you hear more about from Kevin later on! After discussing how to prevent your bucket from overflowing, we reveal the latest special snowflake stories, and delve into the best strategies to navigate around the Christmas period. The Christmas chat posed some interesting questions around behaviour, identity and lifestyle solutions, and why this journey can't ever be anything less than a year to be truly transformative in the long term. We finish up this episode talking about our best tips for starting the new decade the right way. So without further ado, let's dive in… ''No one eats 15 mars bars a day, because they like Mars. Ep. 103 - Improving Flexibility, Mobility & How To Stay Lean Year Round

It's episode 103 and today I'm joined by fellow RNT coach all the way from Down Under, Ivan Gavranic! The last time Ivan was on the podcast he was on the other side of the table as a client, so this is a cool episode where we chat about his transition from being ten years on the gym floor, to fully online with us at RNT. We also touch on how Ivan inspired my recent shoot, how he's stayed lean all throughout 2019 while discovering a new set point level for his body, and why, how you do one thing is how you do everything. We finish by talking about one of Ivan's biggest passions, flexibility training. A few months back I remember him sending me a video of him doing an overhead bar hold whilst going into a side splits. I responded in complete surprise only for him to reply back and say it was his daily warm up! If you're interested in becoming more flexible, mobile and injury free, Ivan shares some gold on here, while also dispelling many of the myths that surround stretching, yoga and where most people tend to go wrong. ''Your physique and level of leanness should be adding value to your life, not subtracting from it'' Ivan Gavranic Timestamps: 1:22 – Results of the recent blood test 5:55 – Hunger and appetite signals 7:31 – Staying leaning for a whole year 12:13 – Why being lean adds value to his life 22:46 – Minimising decision fatigue 24:27 – The love for the Sopranos 25:01 – A journey from PT to online coaching 30:15 – Ivan's sleep habits 36:43 – Ivan's training and love for flexibility 40:55 – How to get involved 48:31 – Breathing for flexibility 49:44 – Yoga and flexibility 53:23 – One tip on how to improve on your flexibility 57:02 – How to pronounce Ivan's name Thanks so much for listening! Ep. 102 - Maximising Your Muscle With Low Volume Training w/ Paul Carter And Dr Scott Stevenson

There's been a growing debate in the industry between those who recommend high and low training volumes. I've always been on the side of lower volumes, and found better results in strength, muscle and recovery from doing so. To explore this topic deeper, I decided to bring on two experts: Paul Carter and Dr Scott Stevenson, to share their knowledge. We discuss the benefits of low volume, the drawbacks of high volume, and why if you opt for high volume approaches, you may be selling yourself short on results, and wasting a lot of time! As always, Paul and Scott don't hold back, and we go deep into two hours of training talk. For anyone who's wondering whether they're getting the most out of their workouts, you'll want to listen to this. We cover mindset, visualisation techniques, mind muscle connection, and how to get the most out of the least. Ep. 101 - Hall of Fame | Baiju Solanki: Changing The Game At 49 Years Young

In this week's episode of RNT Fitness Radio, I speak to RNT client Baiju Solanki, who as of today's release, has just turned 49 years young, is down 20kg, and in the shape of his life, having just completed a photoshoot to mark the occasion! I love it when someone like Baiju comes along, as he puts all excuses to bed. Despite balancing being a father to three children, a thriving business, speaking all over the world, and being on the cusp of 50, he's managed to completely transform his body and change his life this year. Incidentally, he was our first joiner of 2019, as he decided to mark the New Year and start the year right by signing up at midnight, and making a commitment to himself to transform. Fast forward 10 months, and he's hit his first check point, and in today's episode, we talk about his why behind starting, the benefits he's experienced as he's worked through the phases. We then shift gears and talk about his three step process to changing your game for the better, why most people fail, and why time and being 'busy' is an excuse. Given his extensive experience in mindset coaching, there were some real golden nuggets here anyone can apply to take their life to the next level.
