Learn to “Play the Game” and Stop Worrying About the Perfect Swing with Rick Koscher

573 Rick Koscher TheGolfBetterCoach.com> gets frustrated with golfers and students who complain about inconsistency when they don’t actually understand how to make “golf shots”. He says “You cannot become a scratch golfer by staying on the driving range”. How many distances and locations can you hit a 7 iron? Most of us will say “about 150 yards”, but to be the best golfer possible, try to focus on hitting that club multiple distances, with a variety of ball flights.  If you’re serious about lowering your scores, be creative, use your imagination, and practice on your weaknesses. Instead of buying golf clubs that are popular or new, Rick suggests getting fitted to clubs that "fit your swing".Please welcome our new host of Golf Smarter, Josh Karp!
