My first introduction to commercial property came after being a stay-at-home mum for 12 years.  It began when I landed a receptionist job in the head office of a shopping centre management company. So, you could say I stumbled into the industry and have never looked back over these past 18 years.  I was involved in all aspects of shopping centre management with Retail First Pty Ltd, then progressed to an asset management role with Raine and Horne Commercial Brisbane Southside looking after office, retail and industrial sites.  These opportunities helped me acquire industry skills and experience which I now inject into Rauhena Chase Commercial Real Estate.

When we go to a new place we can check out their local offerings to get an idea of their culture. When it comes to business, one business might not prepare you for another and it’s not easy. Some businesses require less attention than others but there is no such thing as an easy business. If we give time to understand our business and try to manage the things that have the potential to drive our revenue then we can make our business grow.
