Welcome to To Practice, a practitioner skill-building conversation presented by SACSA. This season is about parenting in student affairs. To Practice is hosted by Kate Radford, Executive Director of the Center for Student Leadership and Engagement at Clemson University, and Myles Surrett, Associate Vice President at James Madison University. In this season, Myles and Kate take a slight detour from normal business to discuss parenting in student affairs. In this episode, they make a case for why this conversation is worthwhile, the unique parts of their journey, and how they've been supported as parents by their colleagues.
