Rafe Kelley was a community leader for the Seattle parkour scene and now holds retreats and workshops in nature under the name Evolve Move Play, where parkour plays a heavy role. Rafe is one of the parkour community’s most erudite and philosophically thoughtful members. He has recently even found himself as a guest on Jordan Peterson’s podcast and other thinkers such as John Verkaeke, the philosopher and cognitive scientist. Beyond this, his thinking and methods make waves within the skill acquisition, strength and conditioning, movement culture and embodiment fields. Rafe and Callum are joined by Brandon Douglass, an OG parkour legend from Colorado, who runs maybe the longest-standing parkour podcast, Height Drop.
