In 2002 the three brothers Giuseppe, Davide and Simone decided to lead the company and bring it to a higher level.Cantine Benedetti is an artisan winery that is run with the upmost care and dedication. As custodians of the land, the Benedetti brothers strive for excellence while protecting the traditions of the region and building the dream of their father and the original 15 acres. Some of their decisions mean that the process remains very labour intensive, but they feel that this is a small price to pay for first class wines. If you treat your land properly and you respect the plants, without chemicals and cutting corners, you will be rewarded with superior fruit.“From vine to bottle, a family tradition”.Our company uses only home grown grapes, giving us the ability to control the birth of our wines from the cultivation of the vines; this attentive care applied to every step and a deep love and passion for our land, gives us that marvellous product known as Valpolicella, in all its kinds. These choices don’t often follow the market’s rules, but they are to be perceived as an artist’s signature.Connect:Facebook: www.facebook.com/cantinebenedettiWebsite: www.cantine-benedetti.com/_______________________________Let's keep in touch! Ep. 1478 Polly Hammond: Standing Out | wine2wine Business Forum 2022

This is the wine2wine Business Forum 2022 Series. The sessions are recorded and uploaded on Italian Wine Podcast.wine2wine Business Forum is an international wine business forum, held annually in Verona Italy since 2014. The event is a key reference point for wine producers and a diverse variety of wine professionals eager to develop and grow their wine business worldwide.About today’ session: Standing out in a noisy world: building memorable brands in turbulent times with Polly Hammond, moderated by Alice Wong IWAIn a day and age when everyone has a voice, sometimes the best thing we can do is shut up and listen. But what does that mean when so much of our communication is online? How do we distill the signals from the noise? Won’t our loud competitors gain an advantage? And where do we even start with all that data? In this session, we’ll look at how your business can adopt Active Listening as part of a profitable digital strategy. You’ll leave with insights and actionables that will help you improve your messaging, strengthen your advertising, engender meaningful loyalty, survive impending privacy regulations, and – ultimately – stand out in a noisy world.About the Speaker: Polly Hammond is the Founder and CEO of 5forests, a globally-recognized, award-winning marketing agency for today’s lifestyle brands. She splits her time between Barcelona, Auckland, and Napa, consulting, writing, and speaking about the trends that impact today’s wine businesses. She’s an advisor to New Zealand Trade & Enterprise, host of Uncorked with the Italian Wine Podcast, cohost of the Real Business of Wine with Robert Joseph, and, occasionally, a knitter. Polly is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where she earned degrees in International Relations and French. Those studies led to a deep and abiding love affair with Behavioural Economics, and her work is based on insights into all the crazy and irrational reasons consumers engage with brands. Oh, and beware, she’s mad about pop culture and good stories, so any presentation is sure to have at least one Star Wars reference thrown in.ConnectFacebook: www.facebook.com/5forestsInstagram: @5forestsTwitter: @mme_hammondLinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/p-hammond-5f/About the Moderator: Alice Wong IWAAfter obtaining her Master’s Degree in Business Administration in New York, Alice relocated to Hong Kong in 2013, gradually establishing her career in wine, and eventually started her company Vinetude Asia in 2017.
