Today we're going to be meditating with the Tree of Life, the central axis of our planet. It is a pivotal energetic element and it helps you being aligned to it, helps you to be aligned with the rest of our beautiful planet. It will help you move in the flow with everything else in existence, and because of that it will also help you avoid certain obstacles in your way. So alignment to the central axis of our planet quite simply makes things easier. Without further ado, we're going to get into our meditation today.

This video is on ancestral lineages. Specifically, how does a soul select a lineage to incarnate into? I thought this was a very fun topic to cover. Before we come into this incarnation, our higher self has to make a lot of important choices on our behalf, our higher self selects everything around our phenotype, the color of our eyes, the color of our hair, everything around our talents that are going to go into a particular incarnation, our height, our weight, where we're gonna be born, how many siblings we're gonna have. Obviously, as a big part of that quest of selection is selecting the lineage you're going to incarnate into. I find that there are aspects to the soul contracts that are well understood, and there are other aspects that are a little bit more hidden or less understood. I'm not going to discriminate, and I'm going to start from the very basic, from the broadest overview I could possibly start on. As your higher self is planning all of the experiences and the script of your life, one of the things that gets pre-written are the main characters and the supporting characters of your personal story.
