Carolyn gives us an overview of what an Occupational Health Nurse does and their contribution to workplace psychological health and safety. She shares her views on the main psychosocial hazards experienced by mine workers, and discusses the broad range of control measures that Newcrest has in place to mitigate those hazards across the employment lifespan.
