Kate shares how she struggled with anxiety as a teen and how that can manifest itself in the lives of teens today. She notes that it there are many tools to use to help with this and they are not one size fits all. Father Kubicki talks about the history of Christian Unity week and what is expected to help bring us all together.

Joe shares a program that Catholic Extension has for parishes to help reach those who need help.

1/17/24 7am CT Hour - Fr. Marcel Taillon/ Dave Durand John, Glen and Sarah chat about Republican candidates campaign for primaries and find out more about John's "wrestling/boxing" days. Fr. Marcel explains how while trusting is hard and scary, it is our path to peace and holiness. Only after the trial can we see how God worked through it. Dave shows how leaders can invoke and use the gifts of the holy spirit to help them to be better leaders at home and work.

Mark breaks down what new technology was presented at the Consumer Electronics Show including a translucent television. Brian comments on the result of last nights election in Iowa and what we can learn or predict for the future primaries across the country.

1/16/24 7am CT Hour - Martha Fernandez-Sardina/ William Albrecht John, Glen and Sarah chat about the results of Iowa caucus, importance of zippers in winter and football. Martha shares how we need to love ourself second and God first and more tips on how to love more in 2024. William shows where in the Bible we can point to for the teaching that Mary is the Mother of the Church. 

1/15/24 6am CT Hour - Fr. Rafael Capo/ Dr. Eric Wallace John, Glen and Sarah chat about winter weather, Iowa caucus, and football of the weekend. Fr. Capo refers to the US Bishops who are making evangelization to young Hispanic Catholics at the top of the list and why this is key to the future of the American Church. Dr. Wallace comments on Martin Luther King Jr., what he stood for and where our country is at when it comes to black relations.
