Rob Paulsen is the voice of Pinky from “Pinky and the Brain,” Yakko from “Animaniacs,” Raphael (and Donatello) from “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” and Carl Wheezer from “Jimmy Neutron.”  He has an Emmy, Annie and Peabody Award.
