The 5 Whys of Success

We all want to be successful, but it's not always clear how to achieve this goal. Most people never even come close to achieving their full potential because they don't have a process for determining what they really want in life and then taking action steps to get there. The five why's of success will help you determine the root of what really drives your desire. Once you know what's holding you back, it becomes much easier to take the necessary steps to overcome these challenges. This episode of the Thinking Big Podcast will teach you everything you need to know about how to get clarity on what will drive you to success! In this episode, we're going to talk about your five whys, and do an exercise I do with all my clients called "the five why of your five whys". This is one of the most important exercises you can do to make sure you reach that next level. This exercise will help you build that burning desire needed to succeed at whatever it is that you're doing. These five questions are: What do I want to have? What do I want to do?What do I want to give? What do I want to be?And where do I want to go? This process is designed to determine the ultimate driving force to accomplish anything in life. It will teach you how to find your motivation and stay on track when times get tough. You won't want to miss out on this valuable information! Become more conscious of why you're doing what you're doing and how it benefits your desire Learn the importance of knowing your Why Find out how to stay motivated in life no matter what comes your way Hi, I'm Sean Osborn. I'm a mindset strategist and coach who specializes in getting people to the next level. I achieved these successes and many more in my life by studying and applying the timeless truths that have been passed down for centuries. As science and technology have advanced, they've removed the mystery from why these techniques work and helped me develop the Thinking Big Framework, providing a clear road map to supercharging success for anyone who uses them. Nowadays you will find me coaching, conducting masterminds and workshops, looking for the next great place to do a triathlon vacation, and playing with my granddaughter — all while teaching everything I know about mindset, and growth through his Thinking Big Podcast. It is important to understand they are not goals nor merely desires, but profound needs that underlie and motivate every choice, every belief, and every decision we make. Because they are the driving force behind any person's behavior, understanding the needs and vehicles used to meet them, we will better understand why life is the way it is currently and, more importantly, how to facilitate change. The 6 Human Needs Assessment finds your top core needs – and then explains how to improve and balance your life. There are 6 human needs that everyone has at varying levels. The 6 needs are CERTAINTY, UNCERTAINTY/VARIETY, SIGNIFICANCE, LOVE/CONNECTION, GROWTH, and finally CONTRIBUTION. Knowing ourselves, what drives us, and what our blind spots could be are incredibly important. This test was developed by Tony Robbins and Cloe Madanes is a great way to get insight into ourselves. The Mind Part 4 - Imagination, The Programming Language of YOU

Welcome to this week's episode of the Thinking Big Podcast. If you are new to the show, be sure to follow the podcast, this way you will be notified when new episodes are available. What changes would you make to live the life that you want? Join us today for the final episode of the Mind Series. We will learn how Imagination and Creativity is the programming language for everything we want in life. We all know that we have the ability to program our mind, our You:OS, but most of us don't really understand how. Most people think they are creative and imaginative, but in reality, we are not even scratching the surface. The problem is that you can't access your full creativity potential because there is so much interference from everything else going on around you. You need to learn how to control those distractions and focus your creativity towards what matters most for you… like reaching your goals! If we want something new in life (a job promotion, or more money, loving relationships), we need to be able to create it first with our imagination and then make it happen with our actions. It doesn't matter if the goal is big or small; without this process, nothing will change in your life! You'll learn what kills this creative force like distractions, emotions, fatigue, negative self-talk, deprivation and threats. And more importantly you will learn how to overcome these obstacles so that you can live a dream life! This is an opportunity for anyone who wants to take their creativity or imagination skills up a notch! Join us today for the final episode of the Mind Series. We will learn about Creativity and Imagination as programming language for everything we want in life. Today we will be Thinking Big on Imagination!.
